    The swimming pools were awesome. The front desk staff were awesome.

    The hotel needs to be updated. A microwave in the room would have been nice. The hotel restaurant menus in the room would have been nice.

    I like almost everything except see below

    Hotel stuff need to check on pools once in a while . Some guests use glass ware while playing in the pool. Very offen kids are not supervised and use adults pools to play, dive, jump.

    Beautiful View...Great staff.. Unexpectedly upgraded me which I was extremely grateful for! Missed the sun as it was cloudy and cold, so will have to return another time!

    All the hotel guests could use the 3 outdoor pools and 2 indoor pools without extra charges, and enjoy the free afternoon tea at the pools between 4-4:30pm. Our rooms in east tower were new and clean, and with a good view of mountain and part of Harrison lake.

    The check-in time is too late at 4pm. Although the hotel staff said we could use the pools before get into the room and we might get the rooms earlier, we still waited to nearly 4pm.

    The pools and spa were great.

    When booking the room I was unaware that the room faced the pools, the pool service staff arrive between 5:30 and 6:00 am and are noisy so we were awake too early every day.

    I was thrilled to be able to get a room with only 2-3 weeks notice, on one of the busiest days of the year! Booked.net made it all possible! We were celebrating our 26th wedding Anniversary & the front desk clerk actually made our stay better by upgrading us to a beautiful room overlooking the lake! We were able to watch the beautiful fireworks that night (July 2nd). We thought we'd missed them, since Canada Day was the night before. Everything was fantastic! We have stayed in the Harrison Hotel over the years, usually to celebrate Valentine's Day. The Jones Boys are a huge attraction on their own, & we love listening to their music! Keep it up Boys!

    Someone was smoking in the room next to ours, but when I mentioned it in the morning to the friendly Desk Clerk, she took action immediately. I have nothing negative to say about this wonderful hotel!
